Terms and Conditions – La Belle Etoile (LBE)

Bed and Breakfast

Policy

LBE Biker B&B is exclusively for adults (over 21 years of age) who ride motorcycles.

Check in between 16:00 and 20:00 – Check out by 10:00. (Unless by prior arrangement).

We request that all guests vacate the premises during the day.

The house will be closed between the hours of 10:00 and 16:00.

Payment Conditions

No deposit is required at the time off booking.

The full booking balance must be paid at least 10 days before arrival in euros by bank transfer.

If funds are not received the reservation will automatically be cancelled.

Cancellation Conditions

If you cancel your booking the cancellation must be confirmed by email.

If a booking is cancelled less than 10 days before the arrival date then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made and your funds will not be returned.

Rider Tours

Bookings and Payment

You must fully complete the online booking form on the LBE website.

You and LBE will then receive confirmation on your booking by e-mail.

You must then pay your deposit to secure your place on the Tour by bank transfer.

All Tour deposits are €100.00 per person and are non-refundable.

If you cancel at any time before arrival we offer a travel credit for your deposit contribution.

To redeem your deposit, re-book within 12 months from your cancellation date.

LBE ‘Rider Tour’ invoices will be sent by e-mail and will be due for payment at the latest 60 days before your arrival date.

Cancellation Conditions

The following cancellation policy will apply to your booking.

If you have not received or paid the final Rider Tour invoice you will still be liable for payment.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the safety of yourself (and your pillion) at all times.

We accept no liability for you (or your pillion) whilst you are riding your motorcycle.

You are responsible for riding your own ride and being in control of your bike at all times.

You must have suitable breakdown and repatriation cover for your motorcycle together with personal medical cover to include repatriation in the event of an accident for yourself (and your pillion). You are strongly advised to use a specialist motorcycle insurer.
